Connage Highland Dairy | | An organic farm and dairy situated in the heart of the beautiful northern Highlands. Here on the shores of the Moray Firth, second generation farmers and brothers, Callum and Cameron Clark along with wives Jill and Eileen, handcraft and sell a boutique collection of distinctive farmhouse cheeses.
After farming the land around the coastal town of Ardersier for 48 years, we decided that the future of farming lay in organics and have been fully organic since 2003. As well as running a mixed dairy herd of Holstein-Fresian and Jersey cattle - renowned for their rich, creamy milk - we grow carrots, potatoes, parsnips and barley for whisky.
