Moray Estates are working with partners to deliver significant economic development opportunities in the Inner Moray Firth area.

Inverness Airport Business Park Ltd (IABP) is a planning approved and master planned mixed-use commercial property development with a first phase of 50 acres of land available.

Inverness is the UK’s most northern city. It is also the established capital of the Highlands and the gateway to the North of Scotland. Situated 9-miles east from Inverness City Centre, Inverness Airport Business Park (IABP) is located beside the region’s main hub airport and alongside the major A96 and A9 trunk roads.

A new train station on the main Inverness to Aberdeen line is due to be completed at IABP in 2021. Existing tenants Co-op, Bristow Helicopters, Babcock MCS Onshore, Enercon Services UK and Courtyard by Marriott are soon to be joined by Excel Scotland. IABP is a joint venture with Highlands & Islands Airports Ltd and Highlands & Islands Enterprise with the support of The Highland Council.

One of the world's top 100 courses overlooking the beautiful Moray Firth

Moray Estates is landlord to, and a partner with, Castle Stuart Golf LLP in the Castle Stuart Golf Links project. The resort was the inspiration of the late Mark Parsinen who designed and developed the first course which opened in 2009. It is one of the worlds top 100 golf courses and has already hosted the Scottish Open four times. It entertains golfers from around the world and together with Royal Dornoch and Nairn Golf Clubs has hugely increased the attractiveness of golf in the Highlands to visiting golfers.

Cabot Group recently took a controlling interest in the business renaming it Cabot Highlands. This is a very exciting development and we look forward to working with them as partner and landlord in the development of the second course and lodge programme. This will eventually see the development of approximately 200 lodges which together with other amenities will create a world class golf resort.
